Bio

Yiqi Yu is a Ph.D. student in Materials Science and Engineering department. She received her bachelor’s degree in Materials Science from Central South University in 2018 and her master degree in Materials Science from Carnegie Mellon University in 2019.

Research

Research interests: Discover, understand, and fabricate novel materials, phenomena, and device structures for information technology. Especially on non-volatile memory, artificial synapses for neuromorphic computing and logic devices. She is now focusing on modeling and processing of phase change memory devices.
