Bio

Shreyes Nallan received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.S. in Physics from Santa Clara University in June 2020. He started the Materials Science and Engineering Ph.D. program at CMU the same year. He is interested in the interplay between those three fields -- how new materials and new architectures can enable fascinating and unusual behavior at the nanoscale. He currently works on spin-based magnetic memory devices.
